About The Program

This is a research project funded by the National Science Foundation that seeks to improve the career progression and sense of belonging in the geoscience and social sciences through an innovative, hybrid mentoring program. Participants across the generations of geoscience and social sciences will be immersed in a virtual 6-month mentoring program.

How it Works

The process is simple:
- Register (or already registered)
- You will be notified when matched
- Connect with your match
- Read the mentoring resources
- Follow the mentoring checklist
- Take notes in your journal
- Define goals and tasks
